What class should I take?

We have a variety of class offerings to suit your specific yoga needs. All of our classes are all-levels, and we encourage you to try them to see what works best for you and your body! Let the teacher know of any injuries before class so they can provide modifications.

You are in the right place! The heat will help open up your muscles so you can stretch safely and prevent injury.

When can I expect to see progress in my yoga practice?
Most people notice some changes even after their very first practice. Remember that every body is different, and your yoga journey is just as unique as you are! The more you practice, the more benefits you will see.

Be kind to yourself: listen to your body, rest when you need to, and try to stay in the room. The more you practice, the stronger you get.
